My IT Solutions successfully executed a project to recover the IT infrastructure of the Vanuatu Government after a ransomware attack in November 2022. The team quickly isolated the infected systems to prevent further spread of the ransomware and removed the malware using specialised tools. We then built a new isolated VMware vSphere environment, created VMWare datastores on the new HPE Nimble storage, and restored the systems from backup. We also reviewed the security protocols in place and implemented steps to prevent future attacks. The client's IT infrastructure was restored to its pre-attack state, ensuring minimal disruption to the government's operations.

My IT Solutions successfully completed the project to establish a hybrid Microsoft Office 365 and Exchange Online solution for Tabubil Development Corporation. The project involved creating new domains and adding existing ones, creating a new tenant in Microsoft Azure AD, and migrating existing users to the new tenant. Additionally, My IT Solutions configured Azure AD Connect to synchronize on-premise AD to Azure AD, established the hybrid relationship between on-premise Exchange and Exchange Online, and configured mailbox migration, shared mailboxes, public folders, and room mailboxes. We also configured security and compliance policies for Exchange Online and tested and validated the migration process to ensure a seamless experience for end users.

My IT Solutions successfully implemented MECM for the Bank of Papua New Guinea. This project involved evaluating the Bank's current software and hardware configurations, configuring MECM for software deployment, software updates, hardware and software inventory, and reporting. We also set up OS deployment task sequences, capture and restore images, deployed MECM client to all devices, and configured Role-Based Administration and security scopes. The project was completed with a training session for the Bank's IT team on MECM usage and administration. The successful implementation of MECM will allow the Bank of Papua New Guinea to efficiently manage and maintain their endpoints.

My IT Solutions successfully upgraded the Bank of PNG's infrastructure by analyzing the existing Active Directory and Exchange environment, providing detailed designs for AD uplift to Windows Server 2016 and Exchange Server 2010 upgrade to Exchange Server 2016, building new virtual machines, and conducting extensive testing and validation processes. We implemented highly available DHCP Failover servers, multiple AD servers across three geographical locations, multiple Exchange servers with DAG, and multiple mailbox databases. The migration of services to the new AD and Exchange servers was seamless, resulting in improved system performance, availability, and reliability.
